Events:
The Tears 9 Heaven 16 Dec 2004 plus The Subways. First official gig for Brett Anderson and Bernard Butler's new band, though they went and did a couple of sneaky warmups before this in Oxford and somewhere else. Not that great really.

Suede 8.75 Astoria 13 Dec 2003 Last gig ever! Played some great sets, the gig seemingly got chopped short, we left to the ghostly strains of "We'll Meet Again"... I hope we do.

Thurman 8 The Joiners 14 Sep 1995 Britpop, I thought they were the greatest at the time but it's not all aged well

Longpigs 8 The Joiners 28 Sep 1995 See that, five in a row, Perfume, Thurman, Fluffy, Gouge, Longpigs. At the time I thought what a GREAT time this is for music.

Brian Wilson Royal Festival Hall 10 Jun 2002 Yes of the Beach Boys, one to tick off the list. He was a bit unsteady on his feet but he had great support in recreating the perfect sound.

David Bowie Old Trafford Cricket Ground 10 Jul 2002 Plus Suede and Divine Comedy. It booted it down with rain, but we had a great time.

David Devant and his Spirit Wife Goldsmiths College 02 Feb 2001 A great gig, just round the corner from where I was living. Cheap booze and accompanying art exhibition.

David Devant and his Spirit Wife Islington Academy 06 Mar 2006 Great band, not a good gig

Glastonbury Glastonbury 24 Jun 1995 The year Pulp replaced The Stone Roses as headliners, along with Oasis and The Cure. Great weather.

Monsters of Rock Castle Donington 04 Jun 1994 Aerosmith, who I hardly even remember. Not a great lineup, though the biggest one ever. I enjoyed Wildhearts and Terrorvision.
